Work includes interior renovations (structural reinforcing, new joist and deck) along with new additions (front canopy and exterior loading dock area).

QSR Steel was proud to partner with KBE on the renovation/addition for the new Shop Rite in Cromwell, CT.

With a contract value in excess of one million dollars QSR Steel was tasked with adding new long span joists into existing areas along with new additions to the front and rear of the existing structure.

The exiting joist reinforcing took more than 120 man hours each to complete with well over 100 pieces included in scope.

The miscellaneous metals scope was also completed by QSR Steel.

QSR Steel’s own field crews worked overtime, weekends and employed multiple cranes to help expedite the project.
